Strong Top Down Management Style!

Retail Consultant (Current Employee) Las Vegas, NV

ProsThe benefits for a company working just as a retail consultant are great. The health benefits are awesome. Work here if you want an entry level point for sales.

ConsThe company has been around for quite a few years, there is a strong top down management style, where decisions up from up top don't seem to make sense sometimes. The company is in financial trouble, so the company is cutting back on a lot of perks. They got rid of the educational benefits, and 401K plan, so can be a downside in the future as the company goes forward. Pay is a little lower than the other 3 big carriers.

Advice to Senior ManagementListen to the employees, try to work with them when making decisions for the company as whole. The top down management structure is a thing of the past.
