Pros

First few years were promising with structured coaching and development

Cons

as the market saturated, management tried becoming innovative in their approach, but found that over time when they received a lack of responseness, they created a hostile work environment where more than 75% of staff over the course of 3 years was fired or let go due to some type of primary or secondary metric.

Advice to Management

Learn to manage your staff and take a curve down approach when delivering your message.

    Pros

Good benefits and pay. Free phone service

    Cons

Depending on your district it can be literally impossible to move up. Transferred in as rep with previous position being lead because I had to "prove " myself...a year later after being top 3 in the district every month. Still no re-promotion and no reasoning just more price your self talk...again depends on your district as my old district was much much better

    Advice to Management

Hire and promote from with in...being an assistant manager at burger king does not qualify you to start at sprint as an asstisant manager

  2. Excellent company vision but local HQ management drove business based on narrow vision.
