    Pros

    Salary and compensation package commensurate with position; great benefits at affordable premiums; new hire training consistent and efficient thus giving good foundation at starting career.

    Cons

    Compensation package subject to change at any time which affects overall pay. Monthly quotas fluctuate considerably. Strict operational methods and procedures. NO work life balance in order to meet/exceed goal and operational expectations.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Advice to District Managers - support retail store managers via regular visits - roll your sleeves up - get in the trenches - versus dictating via emails and conference calls.
