I worked at Sprint full-time for more than 8 years

Pros

The pay was decent and the amount of time off and work/life balance is almost unmatchable.

Cons

The company seems broke. Many years, there were no raises. Layoffs happen what seems like constantly. The network quality is diminishing, causing a lot of customer dissatisfaction

I liked all my managers.

    Pros

    Major wireless company with great spectrum assets to support the continued growth in mobile data year over year in the United States.

    Cons

    Execution of plan usually falls short because the company is typically behind the other carriers in terms of deployment and Sprint is playing catch up instead of leading the pack

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Dan Hesse has carried the carrier through a very tumultuous period; however, there needs to be a new direction with the SK investment. Time to focus on being the best of the best and not settle for anything else. Build out great sites and they will come.
