I worked at Sprint full-time (more than 8 years)

Pros

The pay was decent and the amount of time off and work/life balance is almost unmatchable.

Cons

The company seems broke. Many years, there were no raises. Layoffs happen what seems like constantly. The network quality is diminishing, causing a lot of customer dissatisfaction

Advice to ManagementAdvice

I liked all my managers.

I worked at Sprint part-time (more than an year)

    Pros

    - Cool benefits, PTO, Commmission paid job
    - Great environment
    - Depending on management, quota's not as strict as AT&T & Verizon (although I still see people get canned for not hitting quota)
    - You meet tons of people, I went on multiple dates with 6 different beautiful women simply because I worked at a high traffic store.
    - And I constantly got job offers, and financial opportunities from other people

    Cons

    - Sprint wants you to push tablets, but their network data speeds are easily the slowest in the industry.
    - The commission pay sucks, I worked with a guy who was #3 in the nation at one point, and he got the same paycheck as the average used car salesman;
    - Repeat: All the major carriers pay more [Tmobile, Verizon, at&t] (as long as you are working for a corporate and not a third party franchised store)
    - Sprint wants you to sell things like insurance; but they don't want to compensate you for it.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

If you're going to emphasize customer service, and make our job depend on it; give the representative more options to make the customer happy.
