I worked at Sprint full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Free phone that includes unlimited dropped calls
Past that there is nothing that I could say that is positive

    Cons

Dropped calls, and terrible towers. Not so good benefits, with zero emphasis on company culture. Management's idea of a company culture seems to be corrective action. It was hard to see no real monetary increase for myself and others, while they spent countless billions on collecting spectrum that they don't use. If they put the money into the actual towers I could have accepted that. But they have made little to no actual real world progress, there is not 1 area that does not suffer from 1 or more issues such as dropped/missing calls, late texts/voicemails, and data outages/slow speeds.
We had to convince customers to stay with us everyday, then the quotas go up. Customers do not want to sign up their family to have the same issues they have

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop trying to be the next Verizon or ATT, your service doesn't support their business model. Fix the towers, network upgrades should not take 2.5 years per region. Sprint is a carrier, which means they do not make the phones: they provide the coverage; but little to nothing has been done about the tower quality in over 2 years.
