    Pros: Other individual contributors are great Great long-term company goals Flexible work hours/location… Cons: - Commission pay cap that you can appeal but there are no real rules to if you qualify - in sales, what is the point… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company… More
