  1. Wonderful job over the last 17 years. Now that Soft Bank has purchased it's a new company.

    Pros

The pay is well for the industry.

    Cons

Senior Leadership lets finance run the show.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your sales peoples needs before talking to finance. Don't let finance kill a sale before you know what the opportunity is.

  2. Good people that try hard to compete

    Pros

Good management that try hard to compete and win business.

    Cons

The problem is that it's an inferior product, and very difficult to compete with VZ or ATT. Sales Management has blinders on that it's unrealistic to compete except for price, and they go through people like sand through an hourglass... thinking that the next "sales strategy" is going to make up that the network just plain stinks, and everyone knows it.

    Advice to Management

Start laying off the NETWORK Management first because they don't have a clue. They're a bunch of pompous a-holes... and then everyone down the line drink the kool-aid and are too scared to say anything that makes sense at all to resurrect the impending demise of this terrible company that makes nothing but terrible engineering decisions.
