I worked at Sprint full-time (more than an year)

Pros

Working environment, good managers, health insurance and free phone plan, decent ability to meet and interact with your co-workers in other centers

Cons

Customers, constant redundancies, inefficient methods just bogged down with bureaucracy, projects changing while you're trying to complete them, poor cooperation between departments

Advice to ManagementAdvice

When you have a "round table" meeting to hear employees' suggestions, actually realize they know what they're talking about, instead of saying there's no way you'll change something redundant.

    Pros

    Other individual contributors are great
    Great long-term company goals
Flexible work hours/location depending on manager

    Cons

    - Commission pay cap that you can appeal but there are no real rules to if you qualify - in sales, what is the point if you can't make money when your deals are highly profitable?!
    - Terrible training
    - Inferior product
    - Management highly varies (for some reason engineers make good sales managers?)
    - "old boys club" where you only get good accounts if you have a friend, and they take accounts away with too much potential
    - Engineers who are lazy and not knowledgeable
    - Lack of support for normal care or deployments
