    I worked at Sprint full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

    The flexibility and ability to work from home was great. The commission structure was fair....in 2010.

    Cons

    Then it all changed. Accounts were taken away and given to other reps and you lost the relationships that you had worked so hard for. Management started micromanaging call volume and had required sales call blitzes

    Find a consistant marketing message and stick with it.
