I have been working at Sprint full-time (less than a year)

    Pros

The pros of working for Sprint was the monthly bonus and attendance award. Another plus was the opportunity for overtime.

    Cons

The main con for this job was the customer surveys. No matter how hard you worked if a customer gives you a bad survey or no survey at all, you are doomed.

I have been working at Sprint full-time (less than a year)

    Pros

Worked with a great team. Store management was awesome. Plans have lots of potential if the service was at least mediocre. Free phone service for one device.

    Cons

Commission was cut back, Quota doubled between November and February. Stores, call centers, and tech services are closing. People are being laid off & turnover is high because of the company culture. Training for new products is the worse that I've seen with any company.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Having towers down for days, weeks, and months (Yes, months!) at a time is unacceptable. Rolling out 4G LTE to some tiniest markets and not large metropolitan areas is unacceptable.

With a name like Sprint, how did you get so far behind?
