Pros

Decent benefits, probably spent 20% of the time off the phones.

Cons

Supervisors able to get away with anything. Very distracting sometimes.

    Pros

    The people are great to work with and there is real team spirit. Salary and compensation package were decent.

    Cons

    Never knew what the name of the company would be for one week to the next. Change over at executive level meet constant change in focus and goals.

    layoff employees very often. cant build a good work history with them
