I have been working at Sprint full-time for more than a year

    Pros

The only pros to working at Sprint were my coworkers and the fact we could buy discounted accessories.

    Cons

I worked for a preferred retailer of Sprint so my review may vary from those who worked directly for them.

My biggest issue was customer care. The disconnect between them and the sales locations is mind-boggling. They tell the customer what they want to hear on the phone, even if they know a store can't actually satisfy that customer. Then the sales reps have to break the bad news.

We worked 40 hours yet received no real benefits. Anything worthwhile is only given to managers and above. Sick days and vacation days didn't exist for us. Overtime? What's that? I don't know because we'd get written up if we went over 40 hrs.

You never feel as if your job is safe. Upper management is constantly on everyone's backs letting them know how easily you can be replaced.

The pay is not on par with other major carriers either.

Lastly like any retail job, you will have to deal with a fair share of idiots who can't live a day without a cell phone.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Remodel some of your stores and pay the reps better.
