I have been working at Sprint full-time for less than a year

Pros

Can get promoted faster than other companies and you can make good money with your high school diploma , also good benifits

Cons

Trying to raise sales while dealing with lots of customer complaints and system issues

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Managers need to motivate their sales people instead putting them down

    I have been working at Sprint full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

    I've been with the company over 15 years and my career has significantly progressed during that time. In general, the company treats its people well (pay, salary, benefits, work/life balance, time off, etc.). Telecom is truly a dynamic, exciting space that's an integral part of everyone's lives.

    Cons

    A LOT depends upon the group you work in. Right now, the company is facing a challenging battle in the marketplace. Often times, direction can change on a dime and that can create challenges.

    I have been working at Sprint full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

    Environmentally friendly company that supports diversity have good compensation and benefit packages and reward structure

    Cons

    The slow rate which they're upgrading their network causes much customers dissatisfaction which they take out on the employees frequently add to your responsibilities without adding to your job title or paycheck

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Finish your network upgrades or make sure sales are explaining service problems before selling
