I have been working at Sprint full-time (more than 10 years)

Pros

Flexible work environment and the option to work remote in several positions. Free phone service for employee and heavy discount for family. Training is good if you choose to take advantage of it. In some departments there are many opportunities for advancement.

Cons

During the 10 years I worked there, we had to worry about layoffs almost every year. Very difficult to get a a decent raise in pay, even with good performance reviews.

    Pros

Supportive of a good Work/Life Balance , competitive salaries ,

    Cons

"Good Old Boy" network in Overland Park HQ. Remote locations did not feel like they were part of the team.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Cut the fluff .. Top heavy in many areas. Also allow more upwards mobility within the Org Structure for those who have worked hard and deserve it..
