    Pros

    Decent pay. Nice benefits.

    Cons

    Constant changes in commission compensation structure throughout the year each of which are formulated to put less money in your pocket. Selective policy adherence. It is very apparent that there is a disconnect between what is happening on sales floors and upper management (i.e. DM and above)
