I have been working at Sprint full-time (more than 5 years)

Pros

Good people, professional. Good culture and diverse work force. Management is easy to live with. Open door policy with managers.

Cons

Although the culture is open and goal setting encouraged. There are limited opportunities for growth. The managers are concerned with manager work rather than managing their subordinates.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Make changes to to process and training by engaging the techs who are most skilled at the job. Restoring outages , rather than making changes to micromanage productivity.

I worked at Sprint full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

the pay was alright. but thats as much as i have room to say. i guess the free cellphone service is a perk

    Cons

people are always treated like crap when you work for this company and it wasnt just a specific store i worked in three of these stores

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

i started working for this company in 2008 as a store host i was later let go because my position just dissapeared it was ridiculous how a company can just get rid of thousands of people with no warning. i was later hired as a retail consultant and things did not get better every day at work it was survival of the fittest if you didnt sell as much as they wanted you to they would give you a warning. i worked at some of the top stores in they NYC area maybe thats why but Bryant Park and Fordham were no joke to much pressure for so little pay.
