Cons

Favoritism helps reps be successful. Being handed leads by your boss can make all the difference. cumbersome processes and systems. Salesforce micromanagement. marketing department is ineffective for the most part.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

It would be nice if the marketing department could be more effective.

    Pros

Great benefits including job flexibility, with a beautiful campus in KC. The work is challenging and fun, with smart employees who care.

    Cons

Layoffs occur every year where good technical resources are let go but admin/PM jobs remain. No technical growth opportunities or innovation anymore.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Morale is not higher when everyone is just waiting for the next layoff announcement. Why can't Sprint hire a good marketing company!
