Pros

better than average compensation and better than average benefits. More vacation time than i have seen with any other company

Cons

the company is no longer in business and was purchased by Sprint which did not have as good of benefit package or time off

Advice to ManagementAdvice

take back the company and the Sprint territory. It was better managed and run and the customers were more happy with the service provided

    I have been working at Sprint

    Pros

    Compensation package is hard to beat. The opportunities to move internally give you the chance to try different things you wouldn't other wise be able to work through.

    Cons

    Sprint Nextel at times is single focused and does not handle negative feedback very well as most big companies do not.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    From an IT perspective it would be good to not focus on time and listen to employees about possibilities instead of always rushing to market to be first on something consumers may not want.
