I have been working at Sprouts Farmers Market part-time for more than 5 years

Pros

Many locations, easy to transfer from store to store, flexible scheduling around school, friendly and down to earth co workers.

Cons

Disorganized management, insufficient training techniques, measly annual raises for hard working employees, career advancement is difficult even if working 30+ hours per week.

I have been working at Sprouts Farmers Market full-time for more than a year

    Pros

They have a good concept, fellow employees work very hard.

    Cons

From inexperienced store managers, control freak trainers, and those who create their own job title. HHouston stores are ran by whole foods rejects. Its the good ol'boy club. Every level of management has different expectations which make the employees always wrong and resetting displays and moving product. We've lost touch with customer service. Very little training on sprouts procedures, until you don't meet their expectations, then you're reprimanded. Different policies for different stores.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Work with us not over us. Stop spending so much money on frivolous show off and invest in your employees. Listen to the store as a whole. We cant all be wrong.
