I worked at Sprouts part-time for more than a year

Pros – Good starting pay; friendly employees; liberal dress code; simple uniform; store discount; fair breaks; great products; simple tasks; weekly paychecks; direct deposit; 401K

Cons – Have to wait a year for a raise; corporate was untrustworthy; when you have a real problem they are reluctant to work with you or try to make accomodations; cannot have an honest relationship with management; workers comp tried to deny me on a work place injury then mysteriously picked up the bill to cover their tracks, because I definitely qualified
