Worth coming back for

ProsThis employer has a mission statement to continue the healing ministry of Jesus Christ. The goal is to take care of people. Not only the patient but the family and visitors that come to visit. They train you to help anyone you see in the facility that needs help and needs directions, even if you need to walk them there you take care of them.

ConsLike other healthcare facilities the economy has taken it's toll on this employer and has had to have lay offs in the last few years. This is new to St John in that the Sisters of the Sorrowful Mother never had layoffs they would absorb you into other available positions before laying someone off.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
