Constant Re-Prioritization. What's the priority today and when will it change?

ProsFriendly people, decent benefits, tuition reimbursement

ConsNo room for advancement in management if you are a non-clinical manager
Admin work is degrading (corporate scapegoat)
Upper management disconnect
Human resources (minimal resources)

Advice to Senior ManagementDont delegate everything! It makes a manager look incompetent, perhaps allow your staff to see your compassion for their hard work by becoming mindful of their legitimate requests.
