Great work experience, but need more young, eager, full-time employees (like me).

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

I have been working at St. John's University part-time

ProsMany people are enthusiastic and work very hard to help students, professors and/or colleagues

ConsEven after getting rid of loads of faculty and administrators a year ago with the buyout, there are a bunch of tired, unproductive people left over. Too many adjuncts and part-timers.

Advice to Senior ManagementHire more fresh, new employees with progressive ideas to strengthen the University in the eyes of incoming students.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
