Pros

Smaller size company versus some other major players in the market, strong device portfolio.

Cons

Inability to deviate for project timelines when major issues arise that cause significant design changes, even when these design changes will improve effectiveness of product.

Advice to Management

Allow for product design team to actually design the appropriate device, versus hitting a time to market deadline.

    Pros

Good benifits, Work is interesting, fair compensation but below current market / industry overall

    Cons

Extremely political and stressful environment. Unethical management. To many unproductive meetings. Lack of communication and expectations. Hostile management. Everything is a fire drill while working in a reactive and not proactive work environment. You are noticed only for the amount of brown nosing and not for what you provide and contiribute. What you are hired for and what you actually do are completly different. Discrimination againsted hiring people with past or current military background. Unbalanced work / personal life. Lack of training / mentioning for new employees. No loyalty and respect with co-workers and management. Coworkers and management seem to feel threatened if you have more knowledge or experience. This job was the worst in my career. I have never seen such ineffective leaders, with absolutely no idea how an IT business is run in a professional organization. Cannot recommend this company.

    Advice to Management

Management and coworkers need to be held accountable for their actions. Management needs to ensure positive and focused work environment. Code of ethics, moral and professionalism needs to be transparent with everyone.

    Pros

There were a lot of really good people there.

    Cons

After the 2011 Q4 layoffs and management change everything went down. It was all about the $$$ and nothing else at that point.

    Advice to Management

The employees make the company, treat them well, as you had previously, and it will pay for itself.
