I have been working at St. Jude Medical full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Strong business that didn't miss a beat in the worst economic times.

    Cons

Packaging management doesn't understand the process. Hire more educated supervisors not beauty school graduates.. The environment of this facility is awful. The management team does not provide consistency or fair practices. The personnel at this facility are self entitled and the HR team is completely unethical. The HR team will encourage false reporting against personnel if they have personal issues with individuals.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Hire more qualified supervisors and managers.
