    Pros

Very flexible, multiple locations, staff is passionate and open with each other, Opportunity for growth in the agency is available

    Cons

salary is mediocre at best, administration is not very responsive to staff concerns, programs are not very structured and lead to inefficiency in the agency

    Advice to Management

lessen the over head and pass benefits down to on-the-ground staff. create a nurturing work environment where employees can really feel valued and heard.

    Pros

    Wonderful mission. Helping kids/parents. Coworkers.
I mostly enjoyed working with the volunteers and parents/kids.
    Learned about community resources.
    Helping the communty.

    Cons

    Management unprofessional
Pressure/guilt trips to work doubles, even 5 mins before you are scheduled to go home
A lot of favoritism between supervisors and staff
Ratios are supposed to be important...but you are often left alone with a high number of high need infants and babies...And to answer the 24 hour crisis line
NO BREAKS, NO LUNCH BREAKS, ETC
Also requires 40 hours of training a year that you have to schedule...and this all for barely above min wage...
Not much concern for staff safety.
Again great idea but some major changes need to be made

    Advice to Management

Obviously having 5 interviews or whatever isn't helping turnover...
You keep losing good people from your managers
Get managers who will help on the floor
Make sure ratios are being followed and consider special needs kiddos!
