Pros

Great location (community based hospital)

Cons

Many different competing hospitals locally and we have not achieved desired market share to this point

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Enlist more physicians to create more service lines for the hospital

    I have been working at St. Luke's Episcopal Health System full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

    St Lukes Doctors and Nurses are as dedicated to healthcare as they can be. The reputation of the hospital is top notch.

    Cons

    HR is really bad and does not support managers whatsoever in discpline or employee problems. Employee's were outright told that No positions would be lost due to the sale. Yet now, after the sale, it is announced that many departments will be outsourced.

    Start telling the truth to employee's.
