    Pros

Good colleagues, ok pay, tuition reimbursement, good hours.

    Cons

HR department, so so benefits, Not easy to better yourself, promise promotions but no follow through.

    Advice to Management

Employees want to know that they are not stuck in a position. It should be easier to better yourself and get promoted. We need to know that promotions are possible.

  2. Everyone at every level works hard, but resources at this time fall too short.

    Pros

Enjoyed everyone that I worked with and everyone always worked hard and supported each other. The organization promotes a culture where patient care is highly valued.

    Cons

Resources were not used effectively or efficiently, including manpower. Everyone, from leadership to lower level personnel, were overworked and under supported. We all worked overtime for months with no approved PTO. This led to a multitude of complications, large turnover, & an unhealthy work environment.

    Advice to Management

Leadership needs to be prepared for change and in agreeance of the direction of change. Need to have more awareness of when it is appropriate to talk and when it is appropriate to act. While patient care is highly valued there, not having an agreed upon plan for providing quality patient care diminishes this value.
