Great positive environment, but you have to work for it. Be smart, act respectful, keep patients as a top priority, and you'll do great. Slack, and pay the price.

There are definitely worse places in Idaho to work than St. Luke's. Much worse.

Cons

Middle management can be shaky at times. Employee favoritism has been seen there.
