Potentially promising, yet realistically, extremely disapponting.

Technologist (Current Employee) Quakertown, PA

ProsThe potential to be a good workplace exists, but in no way is it being utilized or implemented.

ConsLow wages compared to other regional facilities. A CEO that shows no connection to the employees. Too much expansion in too little a time frame. Penny wise and dollar foolish.

Advice to Senior ManagementStop patting yourself on the back. Reduce the rate of network expansion. Make your existing facilities the best that they can be. Hire a CEO who actually cares about what is going on at the St Luke's sites. Increase the wages to a more competitive rate with surrounding hospitals and healthcare facilities.
