I worked at St. Mary's Health Care full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

    The benefits are really good.

    Cons

Employees overworked, not enough education for some jobs, no flexibility, working nights are unbearable, always feel like you under scrutiny, constant changing of rules and policies, employees are treated like children. The hours are horrible for some employees and it's hard to switch positions from night to day.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Start taking care of the important things like cleanliness and safetly and stop scrutinizing the little things. Employees should be treated like adults and not children. Employee satisfaction would improve the hospital overall. They would be happier and willing to do a better job.
