I worked at St. Olaf part-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

    Wonderful faculty and staff
Awesome environment to be around - brilliant minds and an open atmosphere

    Cons

Not the best pay or benefits and my experience was somewhat vague about what lay in the future.
The student body seems to be allowed to start campaigns for the most mundane of issues. Somewhat sad to see a lackluster social environment and overlooking of larger issues.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Standardize more! Way to much of what is done is too ad-hoc.

    Neutral Outlook
    Approves of CEO

    Pros

Awesome colleagues, interesting work, and I felt like I was an important part of something bigger than myself. (Bigger than myself and worthwhile.)

    Cons

Not having enough time to do all the things you want to do; sometimes work was sporadic...it depended on the season.

    Recommends
    Positive Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
