Pros

Nice health system with a good, professional environment! Compensation is very competitive and allows for incentive to pursue additional training.

Cons

The staffing needs some updates, as do the facilities. Changes in the workplace are often not communicated until last minute.

Advice to Senior Management

Management should do a better job of communicating to all employees and provide notice of substantial changes that will occur in the day to day operations of the hospital.
