Pros

Strong business sense. Making top profit margin compared to other hospitals in the area. Well known, well liked in the community.

Cons

Excess middle management. It's more of a business now. Used to be more personalized for patients, families and staff. Don't give "cost of living" raises. This at a time when cost of living has increased tremendously.

Advice to Senior Management

Practice servant leadership. Make themselves more available to staff. Haven't seen even a picture of our president yet.
