“Amazing company to work with, I feel so valued as a demonstrator for Stampin'Up.”
I have been working at Stampin' Up! full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – Great rewards, great company philosophies. I love the products and the way of doing business, but I would never have predicted the wonderful friendships and connections I have made. I used to hear people say that Direct Sales changed their lives... and now I know for myself that it's true.
Cons – You need to dig deep and find the motivation to keep going because no one is going to push you. Personally I see that as a Pro rather than a Con... but I know some people struggle with it.
Advice to Senior Management – No advice to give because I think they have it spot on. I just wish more demonstrators took advantage of what's on offer.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
