Advice to Senior ManagementInvolve contractual staff into your audits, and get there feedbacks, in confidential manner, give sudden promotions to potential staff, not from feedback you get from their line managers, but from another transparent systemic-tic way to identify such individuals. i.e. are on-line surveys/ or group level representative should come and interview potential individuals in this regard.
