Pros

it is good to work here since it stay heathy through out financial crisis and lead the way in the industry.

Cons

headcount constraint has led to exhausted staff, bad work life balance, and management didnt seem to care much about it.

    Sound and stable bank and apparently a good market reputation.

    Cons

    Late hours, unprofessional management, nepotism and favoritism.

    It is well said that charity begun from home. SCB is more proactive in supporting charities than its staff.
