If you are into cars the product line is interesting. Most co-workers are motor heads.

Cons

Did the work of two people. Senior management played the good cop bad cop routine. Also inconsistant with directions.

Advice to Senior Management

Make the work load manageable. When you give directions don't change them when the project in near completion.
