This unit of SMP is located within Orlando, FL - which is a great place to live.

Cons

Family-run business with incompetent corporate management. Orlando operation was a very unprofessional environment. Local management in Orlando behaved in a very unethical manner. HR would regularly do stupid things - like inadvertently post everyone's salaries on a public access shared drive, refuse to take any action for pornography being circulated on e-mail, etc.

Advice to Senior Management

The Sills famiy needs to get out of running the company.
