The corporate culture nationwide has been very employee friendly, which is not the norm in the building industry.

Cons

If you don't want to work weekends don't bother. Turnover within the industry is very high in large part due to the hours required.

Advice to Senior Management

Be considerate of employee's days off. There aren't many as is.
