Congenial environment, smart people, great benefits

ProsIntellectually rich environment. Lots of flexibility. Pay is low but benefits high including tuition benefits for children and employee.

ConsAcademics lack management skills- resistent to set clear goals and measures.

    Arduous, difficult, and all consuming

    I worked at Stanford University full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros: Adequate health and medical benefits. Some educational benefits for employees and for college aged children… Cons: Long hours and long commute. Heavy workloads that require after hours and weekend work. Inability to take advantage of educational… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend More

    Not delightful as I thought
