Pros – Excellent benefits and compensation, employee training and professional growth and development, reknowned name, great co-workers and boss (depends on dept), excellent events, just a world-class environment all round. Great events you can attend, access to Stanford's libraries, free Caltrain pass and VTA bus pass. Free access to gym and sports facilities. Free annual $800 worth of class room training. After 1 year, your 403b (401k equivalent) is matched, increasing for the next 4 years.

Cons – Some bosses aren't honest with you about potential improvements you could be making to yourself. Career path and promotions are not as straightforward as I would like

Advice to Senior Management – Be honest with your employees about where they could improve. Don't tiptoe. Other than that, you're doing great!
