ProsLots of freedom, good atmosphere. Lots of amenities. Good healthcare. Lots of really smart people to work with. They have buses that takes you to transportation hubs for easy access to the rest of the bay area. Good boost to your

ConsAdvisors are far too busy to really advise you. You must navigate and guide your own research career path. Money and grants are always tight, and you find yourself scrambling
