I worked at Stanford University full-time

Pros

Great networking opportunities and many ways to get involved across the various schools and programs

Cons

Not everyone as motivated as one would expect. Hard to figure out whom one needed to contact to get certain things done. Not a smooth organizational system to navigate.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Work on efficiency! Communication and transparency would be great things to work on as well!
