Pros

Free transportation (AC Transit, VTA, CalTrain)
Fitness/health promotion
Vision/dental/health
Decent pay
Great collaboration between people
Free gym for employees and their relatives
Very nice places to go for a lunch run, plenty of great places to eat as well

Cons

If you don't live close, the commute can be draining, even w/the free transportation, expect to work long hours
It's best that this is a transitional job in order for rapid career growth

    Pros

As a student, I have control over how much time I want to spend tutoring. I get to choose my hours and also what subjects I feel comfortable tutoring.

    Cons

Stanford has moved to group tutoring session, which limits the flexibility of tutoring somewhat. However, group sessions means more students, which is a good thing!
