Pros

Good benefits, prestige, pleasant surroundings, intelligent colleagues, adequate salary, good work environment

Cons

I shouldn't generalize but it felt like a little too often there's a culture of keeping interactions pleasant at the expense of being sincere and direct, which can lead to some passive aggressiveness. That's not very much of a con, though, and it's a culture that could be found almost anywhere -- nor is it the worst. Really, I don't have any cons -- but I had to enter something!

Freedom to be creative and create/test new curriculum on students.
Exposure to diverse set of students (Engineering, GSB, and a bunch of other departments)

    Cons

It was a great job, so I can't think of anything to say here. I learned a lot and had a great experience working in the TCP.
