Pros

I enjoyed my work there. Flexible and reasonable hours, in general. I biked to work and received compensation for giving up my parking spot.

Cons

Advancement and career track for clinical research coordinators needs work. Very slow to improve systems and implement effective changes. Most workers are older (sometimes old school in their methods and mindset) and often unreceptive to change and innovation. As a younger staff member this could be frustrating.

Advice to Management

Encourage innovation..

    Pros

Work hours aren't so bad, but it's getting harder and harder to maintain a life outside of work thanks to alerts that come in at odd hours at night.

    Cons

Pay raises totally stink here. Majority of raises go to the high-salary people here since a 1% raise for a $200k guy pretty much equals a 3% raise for a guy who makes $70k.

    Advice to Management

Pay your employees more, and get rid of the bloated middle management in ITS.
