I worked at Stanford University full-time for more than 10 years

Pros

They keep up to date on benefits, etc. You can learn a lot about people and the right thing to do in life.

Cons

They don't always practice what they preach in always doing the right thing.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

get more advise before making stupid mistakes that make everyone look bad. They put too many of the wrong people in charge.
