Pros

you know what Stanford means to a scientist. it is not about the money and title.

Cons

declining insurance coverage, although minimum salary is way higher than national average, more than half salary goes to rent, wait a minute, may 2/3 plus.

    Pros

Networking opportunities are everywhere, and it's good to have teaching experience on the resume. You'll learn more than you think as well. The students are relatively easy to teach as they all want to get good grades - definitely not a TFA position.

    Cons

Pay is not great, unless you include tuition coverage. There's also very little training before you begin teaching, so a lot of that you'll have to pick up as you go. Some students will feel entitled to your time.

    Advice to Management

Should consider more centralized coordination of section problems.
