    Pros

Great benefits and perks for staff.

    Cons

Staff are treated as second class citizens. Management do not support staff. Faculty are favored.

    I worked at Stanford University

    Pros

Best place I've ever worked. I felt useful and like all of the work that I did mattered. I had a great time while I was there. I wish I could still work there.

    Cons

I really can't think of anything. But this site has a 20 word minimum, so I have to add a couple more words to flesh this thing out. I wonder if this is enough...

    Advice to Management

    Keep being awesome.
